Is this an estimate?
No, the installer expects to install when they arrive. If you are in need of an estimate please contact our customer service department at (877) 654-2066 for any questions about pricing or availability.
Does the installer offer other services?
Many of our installers offer additional garage installation options such as our heavy duty wall shelves and our interlocking floor tiles. Please ask your installer about it when they contact you or contact our customer service department at (877) 654-2066.
When will I be contacted?
The installer will contact you a minimum of 1 day before the scheduled appointment, and give you an estimated arrival time. Most installers will contact you sooner, depending on their individual operating procedures.
What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do you still offer a manufacturer warranty on installed items?
Yes, with some obvious exceptions. In collaboration with our nationwide network of installers we offer a limited-lifetime warranty on all SafeRacks products that are sold directly by an authorized installer, one of our retailers, authorized dealers, or SafeRacks Online Store.
We do no offer installation services or warranties for other non-SafeRacks related brands.
